Halal certification

 

Indo Halal Meat Export proudly operates the globally recognized Halal certification and auditing services of International Halal Integrity (IHI). IHI provides accreditation to certification bodies in each country or region by harmonising the standards worldwide and setting guidelines and best practice. Our Halal meat and poultry are slaughtered by well-trained Muslim slaughtermen. These include Halal beef, chicken, turkey, lamb, duck, and goat meat and over a hundred Halal meat and poultry products.

Our factory contains and maintains a fully segregated Halal production area, which includes separate processing rooms, Halal only Fermentation and Drying rooms, salting machines, tables and other Halal only equipment. All of our Halal products are labelled in English as well as Arabic.
